She obtained her law degree in Argentina, having homologated it in Spain and obtained her Law Degree from the University of Malaga in 2007. Mariana joined the Malaga Bar Association in 2011 and has been part of the Free Legal Aid Service (Turno de Oficio) since 2014.. She has worked as a litigation lawyer in several law firms, handling civil, family, criminal and contentious-administrative matters. Since 2019 she has been Coordinator of the subject General Criminal Procedure in the Master’s Degree in Law.

2015-2016 University Expert in Civil Procedural Law (Univ. De. Civil Procedural Law (University of Malaga – Malaga Bar Association).

2014 University Expert in Criminal Law (International University of Andalusia).

2011 Certificate of Professional Aptitude – CAP Test (General Council of the Spanish Bar)

2009-2011 Master in Law (Univ. of Málaga-Colegio Abogados de Málaga) Awarded the “Dean José A. Peláez García” prize.

2006 Homologation of the Argentinean law degree with the Spanish equivalent of Law Degree (University of Malaga).

1999-2004 Obtained her law degree (National University of Mar del Plata – Buenos Aires, Argentina).

Mariana is Member of the Malaga Bar Association since 2011.

Member of the Free Legal Aid Service (Turno de Oficio) of the Malaga Bar Association since 2014.
