Rafael Ramos Saavedra
Areas of practice:
Rafael Ramos has more than 20 years of professional experience as a lawyer.
Since 2004 he has been the legal director of the Marbella office of a firm based in Western Andalusia, providing legal defence and out-of-court advice in private law (civil, commercial, mortgage) and tax law.
He has participated in advising on the incorporation and legal development of various projects, especially residential tourism projects, in the provinces of Cadiz and Malaga, as well as in the study, coordination and negotiation of the legal configuration of private ports and golf courses.
Rafael managed the external legal advisory services of a banking institution in the province of Cadiz in matters of banking, mortgage and tax law.
Degree in Law (1990 – 1994) – University of Seville.
Degree in Economics (1989 – 1994) – University of Seville.
Member of the Cadiz Bar Association since 1997.
Participated as a speaker at the Conference on Town Planning and Land Management (Association of Residential and Sports Tourism Developers of Andalusia – Marbella, 2005): “Registration aspects of the LOUA”.
Also contributed to the Conference on Law and Tourism (CIO Mijas – Mijas, 2007): “Residential Tourism: Legal Issues”.
Presented at the Examination of the new Andalusian Golf Decree (RD Golf Consulting, S.L. – Mijas, 2008): “Notarial and registry issues of the Golf Decree”.
